JOHANNESBURG - Gauteng’s controversial e-tolls may be a thing of the past, but motorists’ historic debt - not so much.
That’s according to the Inclusive Society Institute.
The organisation says while Sanral has the power to scrap e-tolls, they don’t have the authority to write off motorists’ debt.
