JOHANNESBURG - There seems to be no end in sight to the conflict in the DRC.

DRC President Felix Tshisekedi is vowing a vigorous response after M23 rebels marched into Goma.

The rebels in turn are pledging to march to the capital, Kinshasa to topple the President.

Meanwhile, Kigali and Pretoria agree on pushing for peace through dialogue.

SADC leaders, including President Cyril Ramaphosa, are in Zimbabwe to discuss the crisis.

In South Africa, there are calls for Government to withdraw our troops after 13 were killed in Eastern DRC.

The DRC has large deposits of minerals essential to the production of smartphones and batteries for electric vehicles.
