JOHANNESBURG - Doctors opposed to the NHI Bill say they will consider leaving the country if it's implemented.
The National Council of Provinces approved the bill and now it’s up to the President to sign it into law.
The Bill, according to government, aims to provide quality healthcare for all South Africans.
