Discussion | Debate over quality of final school exams continues

JOHANNESBURG - With matric results coming out for the Class of 2023, the debate over the quality of our national senior certificate has started again.

While some question the standard of this prestigious final examination, others like Gauteng

Premier, Panyaza Lesufi, propose both public and independent schools write the same exam papers and results must be issued at the same time.

Private schools received their results this morning while their public education counterparts will get them tomorrow.
