PRETORIA - Despite experts raising concerns over crime intelligence, Police Minister Senzo Mchunu has decided to freeze new appointments.
This is one of the directives in a letter he sent to Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola.

Mchunu also wants a new plan to improve border security, and says the political-killings task team no longer has value.
