This comes after it emerged that the organisation's African unit will pay $123-million to resolve an investigation into its role in state capture.

The probe by the United States Department of Justice looked at a scheme to bribe Eskom and Transnet officials between 2012 and 2016.
McKinsey is paying up after a former partner of the firm pleaded guilty to one charge in the case.
