JOHANNESBURG - A concrete barrier wall is being constructed along the South African and Mozambique border. This in an effort to address the country's porous borders.
The KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Department of Roads and Transport in partnership with the national Department of Public Works and Infrastructure has committed R50 million to building the barrier.

This is expected to curb the theft of motor vehicles and the movement of illicit vehicles.
