JOHANNESBURG - Communications Minister Solly Malatsi is promising to get the country connected.

He's set some ambitious plans including getting over two million households onto the web.

But to do this he recognises he will have to bring stability to the Department.

There have been 16 Communication Ministers and 14 DGs.
