JOHANNESBURG - Moroadi Cholota has filed an urgent application to have charges against her withdrawn.

Ace Magashule's former PA argues her extradition from the US and subsequent arrest was unconstitutional.

Cholota also says the State has no evidence that she was engaged in fraud, corruption and money laundering.

She is one of the accused in the R255-million asbestos tender corruption case.
