Discussion | Calls to finalise Children's Amendment Bill

JOHANNESBURG - The National Development Plan Vision for 2030 cannot be achieved without investing in young children. 

That's the word from President Cyril  Ramaphosa who describes it as the country's defining blueprint.

Real Reform for Early Childhood Development is calling on government to finalise amendments to the Children's Amendment Bill.

It's also calling for a national early nutrition programme and for the ECD subsidy to increase.
