JOHANNESBURG - The government has welcomed the Malawian court ruling, allowing the extradition of self-proclaimed prophet Shepherd Bushiri and his wife, Mary.
The couple face multiple charges, including fraud and rape.
They remain in custody until they're handed over to South African authorities.
The Bushiris fled South Africa in November 2020 while out on bail.
