JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa promised to turn the country into a construction site in his State of the Nation Address.
It's not the first time that promise has been made, but it was the first under a Government of National Unity.
The GNU says it has concrete plans to build the construction sector.
It's proposing reforming regulations around public-private partnerships to streamline the process.
But Government's build programme will have to take into account the Construction Mafia.
