JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa is putting pen to paper on the BELA Bill despite threats of legal action.
The DA, which forms part of the Government of National Unity, wants the president to send the Bill back to Parliament.
It says Ramaphosa has to respect the unity agreement.
