JOHANNESBURG - ActionSA in KwaZulu-Natal is still taking on local government to compel them to act over high levels of E.coli in eThekwini's beaches.
The party says the case will now be heard next year.
ActionSA insists that aging infrastructure is the main cause of the contamination on Durban's beaches.
