JOHANNESBURG - Former Free State Premier Ace Magashule's former personal assistant will appear in the Bloemfontein magistrate's court on Monday morning.

Moroadi Cholota was meant to be a state witness to blow the roof off the multi-million rand asbestos tender scandal.

She laid it all bare at the Zondo Commission but got cold feet while studying in the US.

Cholota was extradited from the United States and is expected to apply for bail.
