JOHANNESBURG - The Electoral Court has ordered the IEC to set up voting stations at all honorary consulates around the world.

It was ruling on an application by the Democratic Alliance.

It will mean deploying staff and resources to 130 new venues around the world.

But the Electoral Institute for Sustainable Democracy in Africa says this is a tall order.
