Debt review | Many consumers trapped with no escape

JOHANNESBURG - Most of us have received calls promising to solve our debt problems and lower our interest rates.

In some cases, the caller pretends to be representing the National Credit Regulator or claims to be from some government programme.

But this is not always the case.

And if you are not careful you could find yourself in debt review with no way of getting out of it.
