Culinary Olympics | PappaChef Pieter Malan takes bronze at global event

JOHANNESBURG - Award-winning chef Pieter Malan is taking the taste of Africa to the world.

From Ghana to Germany, he's tantalizing taste buds the world over.

He's the first chef to present Ghanaian food at the Culinary Olympics.

The Lowveld chef hit the high notes, taking bronze at the 26th International Exhibition of Culinary Art.

His West African serving was eight dishes using a combination of almost 100 ingredients.
