Crime in SA | South Africans grapple with growing sense of unsafety

JOHANNESBURG - South Africa has recently seen a distressing increase in mass shootings, with tragic incidents sparking outrage. 

In September, a mass shooting in Lusikisiki in the Eastern Cape resulted in the deaths of 18 people.

The country has one of the highest homicide rates globally, with over 12,000 recorded in the first six months.
