Crime in SA | Modack's murder trial moved to High Court

CAPE TOWN - Slain anti-gang top cop Charl Kinnear's murder trial has been transferred to the Western Cape High Court.

Alleged Western Cape gang boss, Nafiz Modack is accused number one in this case.

Modack case transferred to Western Cape High Court

He'll stand trial with 14 other co-accused, facing a long list of charges that include murder, attempted murder, racketeering and money laundering.

Kinnear was gunned down outside his Bishop Lavis home in September 2020.
