Crime in SA | Call to reduce harm rather than crime count

JOHANNESBURG - Not all crimes have the same impact, so police should prioritise reducing harm, not just crime stats.

That’s according to Anine Kriegler from the Institute for Security Studies.

She says an official crime harm index should be developed.
