DUBAI - The 28th edition of the Conference of the Parties, or COP 28, is starting in Dubai.
Heads of state, global business leaders and other stakeholders are set to discuss climate change as they begin the first week of the conference.
It's also expected that Cop27 will be reviewed and discussed.
