Alessandro Khojane is the proud owner of restaurants Gemelli, Pantry by Gemelli, Phirinyane Bar by Gemelli, Therapy and Manaka Coffee.

Khojane also owns a consulting business that focuses on helping other restaurateurs entering the trade.

He helps them with developing menus, training kitchen teams, and advice on managing contracts.
