Climate Change Act welcomed by different groups in SA

JOHANNESBURG - The Presidential Climate commission has released the inaugural South African State of Climate Action Report.

It provides a detailed analysis of the impact of climate change, and South Africa's progress to limiting its contributions to global warming.

The report also highlights successes and challenges, particularly on the poor and their livelihoods.

Dhesigen Naidoo, the Adaptation Lead in the Presidential Climate Commission and Senior Research Associate at Institute for Security Studies, discussed this with eNCA.
