Chiefs legends to battle Bloem Celtic legends

JOHANNESBURG - South African football clubs have been hard at work in their pre-season preparations ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.

The likes of Mamelodi Sundowns, Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs added trips to Europe to their schedule.

Amakhosi are back home and readying for the inaugural Toyota Cup this weekend.

Chiefs will be facing Tanzanian giants Young Africans in Bloemfontein, a club once coached by their new boss Nasreddine Nabi.

Before that game, which kicks off at 15:00, there will be a legends clash between Amakhosi greats and Bloemfontein Celtic legends.

One of the Glamour Boys' former stars playing in the curtain raiser is Morgan Gould.
