JOHANNESBURG - Every August we mark Women's Month.

It's a time to celebrate the massive sacrifices women have made for our freedom.

It's also a time to reflect on how far we still have to go to empower those who faced centuries of discrimination.

From the boardroom to the stage women still struggle for recognition and equality.
