CAPE TOWN - Help is on the way for the homeless as The Western Cape High Court affirms the City of Cape Town’s Safe Spaces as a dignified transitional shelter.
The Social Development Department has welcomed the move and are encouraging the homeless to use the available spaces.

The department plans to continue with shelter and reintegration services to homeless individuals which have enabled the reunification of 736 adults with their families during the 2023/2024 financial year.
