CAPE TOWN - The City of Cape Town has obtained a court order to evict the homeless from road reserves and bridges.
The city has promised to move them to shelters managed by the city.
But, some NGOs say this is not the way to address the issue of homelessness.
They say the route causes should rather be looked at.
