CAPE TOWN - The Western Cape is officially the province that's worst affected by gang violence in the country.
The latest crime statistics have revealed that of the 268 gang-related murders, 250 cases were reported in the province.
Activists say they’re not shocked by the numbers and blame the government for failing to address social issues that have led to this chaos.
But church leaders and ex-gang members say they’re working hard for a change.
