Cape of storms | Thousands left homeless in Western Cape

JOHANNESBURG - The South African Weather Service has upgraded its warning for the Western Cape from level 6 to level 8. 

Thousands of people have been left homeless in the province due to heavy rains, flooding and damaging winds.
