CAPE TOWN - Strong winds and heavy rains are pounding their way through the Western Cape.
From roofs to vehicles, they're all being blown away. Some residents in parts of the province are now finding themselves without electricity.

A level 9 weather warning has been issued in the southern parts of the province, forcing the local government to shut down schools. Everyone, including the National Sea Rescue, is on high alert as the severe weather conditions continue.
So far one person has been reported dead. Colin Deiner from The Western Cape Disaster Management spoke to the eNCA.
