LEBOMBO - A new system is being piloted at the Lebombo border post to help ease congestion.

Drivers won't have to get out of their vehicles to get processed, and authorities from both countries believe this will go a long way in cutting short the time it takes to cross the border. This will also aid in easing tensions that arise from delays there.
Last week, fights erupted between truck drivers and taxi operators as a result of gridlock queues.

The Border Management Authority. David Chilembe, Deputy Commissioner of Operations at the BMA says this new technology will make things move quickly in our borders.
