JOHANNESBURG - The #NotInMyName movement is concerned that the Independent Electoral Commission's integrity is being unduly undermined.
This was after the United States Ambassador to South Africa, Reuben Brigety II, met with the IEC.
The civil society group says in March this year, the Democratic Alliance wrote to the US Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, asking for foreign intervention in the May 29 poll, saying they had fears of potential foreign interference.
A notion #NotInMyName rubbished.
The organisation is now demanding that the entire contents of the meeting between the IEC and US Ambassador be made public, in the best interest of citizens.
Siyabulela Jentile, the President of #NotInMyName, unpacks this further.
