DURBAN - Elections are 6 weeks away and Provinces are continuing their preparations for the polls. One Province making sure things run smoothly is KwaZulu-Natal.

Spending over 40-million and deploying 17-thousand law enforcement officers, officials are ensuring a crime free election.

According to police statistics, more than 150 politicians have been killed in the province, since 2011. With the province being highly contested by the ANC, IFP and now the MK Party, is this enough to keep citizens safe?
