2024 Elections | ANC's Lebogang Maile comments on results

JOHANNESBURG - Vote counting is slowly progressing in the Gauteng province.

The African National Congress is leading at the moment, with the DA closely behind.

However, projections indicate a majority loss for the ANC in the country's economic hub.  

Experts predict the ANC will struggle to get to 50 percent.
