2024 Election | Regulator waiting for more details on ANC and MK leaks

JOHANNESBURG  - The Information Regulator says it is still waiting for more details on how the ANC and MK candidates lists were leaked.

It says details as to how the now dismissed employee, who was unauthorised, accessed the information, are still outstanding.

The Regulator says the information will assist in determining whether the IEC has met its obligations as a responsible party, under POPIA.
