DURBAN - The South African Human Rights Commission's report into the 2021 July Unrest found evidence of racially-motivated attacks during the turmoil.
The violence was focused in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal. It found that black South Africans were subjected to violent attacks in areas like Phoenix, Khan Road Corner, Verulam and Chatsworth.
