$1bn flows into SA from BRICS Bank to fix water crisis

JOHANNESBURG - The BRICS bank has approved a $1-billion loan to address South Africa's water and sanitation crisis.

The money will be distributed in line with the Municipal Infrastructure Grant.

It's hoped the money will reach poorer communities and not flow into the pockets of the rich.
