JOHANNESBURG - In a public, private partnership to eradicate gender-based violence, the Memeza Shout Crime Pprevention programme has distributed 1,500 personal protection devices to shelters in Daveyton, Ekurhuleni.

The programme was made possible by the FirstRand Empowerment Foundation and other likeminded organisations.
