PIETERMARITZBURG - Former president Jacob Zuma's bid to have Billy Downer's removed off his arms deal corruption trial, has been dismissed.
Zuma objected to Downer leading his prosecution in the arms deal corruption trial on behalf of National Prosecuting Authority.
He accused Downer of prosecutorial bias.
The case has been adjourned to 17 May for a pre-trial conference.
