PIETERMARITZBURG - Former president Jacob Zuma will no longer appear in court this week.
He was meant to return to the High Court in Pietermaritzburg on Tuesday as he continues in his attempt to remove lead state prosecutor, Advocate Billy Downer.
A virtual case management meeting with the state and defence in the former president's corruption trial will take place on Tuesday.
Zuma alleges Downer illegally leaked his confidential medical information to the press.
The former president and French arms manufacturer Thales are facing fraud, corruption, and money laundering charges.
The much-delayed trial has already seen Judge Piet Koen recuse himself from the matter.
