CAPE TOWN - Cape Flats residents in the City of Cape Town are experiencing a 72-hour water shutdown.
This is due to routine maintenance on existing valves.
Water tankers will be stationed in key areas as an alternative supply for residents.

Neighbouring communities can also experience low or no water pressure.
