PIETERMARITZBURG - Former President, Jacob Zuma, has once again failed to remove Prosecutor Billy Downer, from his arms deal corruption case.
Zuma accusses Downer of prosecutorial bias.

Judge Nkosinathi Chili made the ruling in the KwaZulu-Natal High Court in Pietermaritzburg.
The case has been adjourned to 17 May for a pre-trial conference.
