DURBAN - Bogus colleges in Durban have left a group of students questioning the legitimacy of their qualifications and demanding their fees back.
Their plight came to light when Deputy Minister for Higher Education and Training Mimmy Gondwe led a campaign aimed at cracking down on fake institutions.

Aggrieved students were encouraged to open cases with the police.
Gondwe says both parents and prospective students must ensure they verify the credentials of colleges and their courses before enrolment.
