CAPE TOWN - The state on Monday presented the court with a copy of slain alleged underworld boss Mark Lifman’s death certificate.
Lifman was shot dead outside a shopping mall in George just over a week ago.
At the time of his death, he was on trial with 13 others, including members of the 27’s gang.
The state says Lifman paid to have steroid king Brian Wainstein killed and later took over his illegal business.
Wainstein was shot dead in his Constantia home in 2017.
