PRETORIA - A scuffle broke out between prison warders and the accused in the Senzo Meyiwa trial.
Punches were thrown over disagreements related to sitting arrangements in court.
Meanwhile, the trial within a trial in the murder case resumed with Sergeant Vusumuzi Mogane being recalled for cross-examination.
This as accused one and two, Muzi Sibiya and Bongani Ntanzi, maintain police assaulted them and took several hours to record their confessions.
The court is currently trying to determine the admissibility of confessions made by the accused.
