JOHANNESBURG - The Colchester clinic in the Eastern Cape is dilapidated, with a collapsed ceiling, shattered windows and no doors.
As expected, patients are not impressed with the state of the structure.
The provincial Health Department has promised to renovate the clinic, but community leaders are sceptical.
