WATCH | Police Minister Mchunu comments on plans to fight crime

JOHANNESBURG - Minister Senzo Mchunu had to reconsider his priorities when he was moved from Water and Sanitation, to head up the police ministry.

Law enforcement authorities have been struggling to reduce high levels of crime.
