WATCH | Opening of Parliament | Weather, rules, protocols and road closures in Cape Town

JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa will deliver the Opening of Parliament Address on Thursday.

He will outline the key priorities and policies of the 7th administration.

The address will take place at the Cape Town City Hall where both houses of the newly established Parliament will convene.

Several roads near the City Hall have been closed ahead of the President’s address.
