CAPE TOWN - While humanitarian relief efforts and mop-up operations are continuing in Riverlands.
Authorities say they're closely monitoring a 4th dam amid concerns it might burst if the bad weather persists in the area.

Houses, municipal infrastructure and buildings in the town have been damaged with some destroyed after a dam wall failed in the area early on Thursday morning.
Spokesperson for the West Coast Disaster Management Centre, Heinrich Robertson, spoke to eNCA.
